2025 BRECKENRIDGE RESIDENT AND
SUMMIT/PARK COUNTY RESIDENT RATES

For the 2025 season the Breckenridge Golf Club will be offering local rates. Each round will be charged on the day of booking or at check-in. We build you a customer profile based on the information given below and you are locked in at that given rate. We verify all the information provided before building a customer profile or granting the local rate.

The following policies shall govern the use of Resident and Local Rates.

DEFINITIONS

  • Club Programs - Are those programs administered by golf professionals and staff, and identified as Men’s and Women’s Club events, and organized Junior events.
  • Current Business Licensee - A sole proprietor, a partnership, or a corporation holding a valid business and occupational licenses issued by the Town of Breckenridge and who is current with all other applicable fees and taxes due to the Town.
  • Junior - Any Breckenridge or Upper Blue resident, 17 years old or younger
  • Real Property Owner - A person owning real property within the corporate boundary of Breckenridge. The owner of a time share, or other interval ownership interest, does not qualify for the local rate.
  • Breckenridge Resident - A person living within the corporate boundary of Breckenridge and able to provide acceptable proof of residence.
  •  Summit County Junior - Any Summit County resident, 17 years old or younger.
  •  Summit County or Park County Resident – Residents are defined by a current Colorado Driver’s License, showing residence in either Summit or Park County
  • Upper Blue Basin - An area outside the corporate boundary of Breckenridge, from Farmers Corner to the top of Hoosier Pass, which includes those housing areas between the Continental Divide and the Tenmile Range of Mountains. A resident is a person currently living in Upper Blue, and who is a registered voter of an Upper Blue, Summit County precinct or a Real Property Owner.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF EVIDENCE

The Golf Professionals and Golf Manager may require additional evidence for the approval of any local rate. The following shall act as proof, as well as other forms deemed acceptable by the Golf Professionals and Golf Manager:

  • Birth Certificate or Driver’s License - Proof of age for Junior Cards. (17 years old and younger)
  • Business License - Proof of valid Business License, of a business that is current with all fees and taxes due to the Town, as well as tax documents or legal filings, confirming either sole proprietor, a partner of the partnership, or a principal of the corporation.
  • Real Property Tax Receipt or Deed - Proof of ownership within the corporate boundary of Breckenridge, or Upper Blue.
  • Short Affidavit Form - Proof of current residency in the corporate boundary of Breckenridge.
  • Voter Registration List - Proof of residency for Breckenridge or the Upper Blue.

Valid Breckenridge Rate
$25 for 9-holes and $50 for 18-holes. Cart not included. This is for property owners, business license owners, or voters in town limits only! NO EXCEPTIONS *Timeshare deed holders do not qualify for the local's rate.

  1. Be a Registered Voter currently registered in Town
  2. Own Real Property within Town Limits
    (Trusts will be limited to two (2) adults and their dependent children)
  3. Business License – located in Town and an Owner, Partner, or Officer
  4. Prove residency by submitting a NOTARIZED affidavit

Valid Summit/Park County Rate
$32 for 9-holes and $64 for 18-holes. Cart not included. Property Owners outside of Upper Blue Basin must be a PRIMARY RESIDENT.

  1. Real Property Owner (second homeowners do not qualify outside of Upper Blue)
  2. Valid Colorado Driver’s License showing Summit or Park County address

 Junior Breckenridge/Summit/Park County Rate (17 or younger)
$19 for 9-holes and $38 for 18-holes. Cart not included.

  1. Summit School District ID
  2. Parent falls into one of the above categories
  3. Must have a valid permit or driver’s license to rent a cart.

Usage

  • Cart rental is required before 12:00pm for all golfers on Saturday and Sunday.
  • No spectators before 2:00pm.
  • Spectator cart fee is $24 for 9-holes and $40 for 18-holes.

Reservation Policy  

  • An advanced tee time pass can be purchased to each qualifying Breckenridge Resident & Summit/Park Resident for $160. This will allow you to make 8 advanced tee times. This pass does not apply towards greens fees or Golf Cart.
  • Tee-times may be made four days in advance on a space-available basis.
  • Tee-times are accepted online, by telephone, or in person at the golf shop.
  • A maximum of two foursomes may be booked by phone or in person.
  • Tee-times for organized club programs, may be booked per program guidelines.
  • Tee-times must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the tee time.
  • Tee-times booked outside of the four-day window will be charged full price. NO REFUNDS, NO EXEPTIONS.

Bring A Friend

Your account will have a limited number of Bring a Friend punches that offer discounted rates. Usage is as follows.

  • Low season rate is $45 for 9-holes and $70 for 18-holes. Cart not included.
  • High season rate is $70 for 9-holes and $100 for 18-holes. Cart not included. Saturday restrictions apply.
